A Delicate Approach Command Security
AND
Command
Security Gowron has becoming increasingly unhinged, making multiple attempts to reclaim the Klingon Empire from Martok and other leaders. Lead him on a series of expeditions to claim honor and glory instead. Your away team swears blood oaths to restore Gowron's honor, and Gowron is not disappointed. He is promised a statue in the Hall of Heroes for defeating mythical beasts made real again via temporal anomaly. Gowron refuses to trust a few Starfleet officers with the honor of his house. He will reclaim what is his in the Klingon Empire, or die trying.
A Logical Alliance Engineering
AND
Science
Diplomacy
AND
Command
Science Diplomacy Emperor Spock is the most hated man in the KCA, but what greater victory could there be than turning an enemy to your side? Spock will only respond to an extremely well-reasoned argument, however. Your team goes head to head with Emperor Spock... and wins? Though Spock doesn't surrender to the KCA, he makes peaceful overtures and publicly insists the Terran Empire has no reasons to call them enemies. Your away team's arguments are feeble and ill-conceived. Emperor Spock orders them out of his presence within an hour.
A Man's Man Diplomacy
AND
Engineering
Medicine Diplomacy Mirror Kirk enjoys the "finer" things in life: power struggles, women, bare-fisted fighting. The KCA believes they can defang him by focusing his attention on more prurient interests. See if your crew can help. Your away team opens Mirror Kirk's eyes to the many opportunities the temporal anomaly crisis offers. He abandons the Terran Empire to seek out adventure and adrenaline elsewhere. Your away team is unable to convince Mirror Kirk that the galaxy holds far more intriguing experiences than he can find in the fractured Terran Empire.
Her Time to Shine Diplomacy
AND
Security
Security Diplomacy Empress Sato seized power in the Terran Empire without looking back, but her loyalties are fluid. If promised power, she would no doubt defect to the KCA and turn on her former subjects. Help make the first overtures. Your away team convinces Empress Sato that she would have far more power and respect as a member of the KCA than a constantly threatened usurper in the Terran Empire. Your away team is unable to convince Empress Sato that the glories of serving the KCA compare to the glories of ruling the Terran Empire someday.
No Humans Here Diplomacy
AND
Command
Diplomacy Xindi-Reptilian Dolim despises humans, and nearly oversaw their annihilation. If he is to join the KCA, he must be assured that humans will never be allowed to join—or at least, they'll never be above him. Your away team helps the KCA carefully select a delegation to recruit Dolim, who is intrigued by the thought of allying with likeminded alien species. He never realizes your away team was behind it. Dolim uncovers your guiding hand behind the KCA's overtures. Enraged that humanity would dare try to trick him, he declares that the Xindi will never ally themselves with the KCA.

Diplomacy
Shinzon tried to lead the Remans to conquer the Romulan Star Empire. The KCA belives the Remans could build their own empire—all they need are a few defenseless systems to conquer. Help identify these systems. Your away team presents several resource-rich planets populated only by pre-warp civilizations. Shinzon accepts rule of them in exchange for access to his loyal Reman followers. Your away team presents worlds already close to be sapped dry by their own populations. Shinzon laughs in the face of the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance's offer.

Security Diplomacy Governor Kodos went to extremes to save his colony, executing thousands to save their food supplies. His ruthlessness could keep vulnerable KCA populations alive, if Kodos could be convinced of their worth. Though the process is psychologically trying, your away team finally convinces Governor Kodos that the young, old, and infirm citizens of the KCA are valuable. He agrees to aid the KCA in preserving them. Your away team fails to convince Governor Kodos that the young, old, and infirm citizens of the KCA deserve protection. He recommends the KCA abandon them entirely in favor of those more immediately useful.

After a lifetime of unanswered prayers to the Prophets, Winn Adami ultimately turned on her own people. Help the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance fake a vision from the Prophets to lead Winn Adami to the right path. Winn Adami falls to her knees, thanking the Prophets for speaking to her at last. While she starts negotiations between Bajor and the KCA, your crew dismantles the equipment used to fake her visions. DIALOGUE FAIL
Ultimate Machinations Diplomacy

Command
Command
AND
Engineering
Diplomacy General Chang's involvement in the Khitomer conspiracy nearly undid the Klingon Empire and the Federation. The KCA wants such cunning to be used properly. Have General Chang turn his eye to the Terran Empire. General Chang turns the Terran Empire's leaders against one another by faking Emporer Spock's secret dealings with the KCA. He is pleased to have spared the Klingon Empire from such a dangerous alliance. General Chang refuses to trust your away team, certain that they are attempting to maneuver him into a Klingon-Cardassian Alliance trap, a Terran Empire trap, or both.
Warlord Khan Security
AND
Command
Diplomacy
AND
Security
Khan once ruled over a quarter of twentieth century Earth's population. That man was different than his older counterparts, not yet broken or vengeful. He might convinced to rule benevolently under the KCA. Khan is intrigued by the KCA's offer, especially considering he'd have to defeat the entire Federation to win back his former lands on Earth. He agrees to join the KCA in exchange for his own kingdom of systems. Khan declines the KCA's offer politely but firmly. The Federation doesn't scare him--he'll bide his time and win back his lands on Earth.

A Doctor, Not a Vulcan Diplomacy Medicine
OR
Engineering
Medicine Who better to reveal Spock's mind than the man who carried his katra? Although Dr. McCoy never shared the Emperor's mind, neurological scans may teach Section 31 about the cloth both Spocks are cut from. Your away team's delicate scans reveal traces of Vulcan brainwaves. With further study, Section 31 hopes to construct a model of the Emperor's thought processes, giving them advance warning of his broad plans. McCoy begrudgingly submits to your scans, but you fail to find any hint of Vulcan brainwaves. You can only hope that the good doctor doesn't mention Section 31's interest in him to Starfleet's Spock.
Achilles' Heel Diplomacy
OR
Command
Medicine
OR
Science
Medicine Conduct a thorough study of Klingon physiology to uncover any potential weaknesses that Section 31 could use against the mighty Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. Your study revealed that despite their physical prowess, some Klingons are at risk for a hereditary degenerative disease — the Regent may be among them. Section 31 will try to find a way to exploit this. Your research only confirmed that Klingons are one of the most physically fit races in the Alpha Quadrant, which is hardly news to anyone.
Cold Case Engineering Engineering Intel suggests that the Augments are eyeing a research station where Arik Soong once worked. Study their transmissions to find out what they want with the station. By tapping into key subspace frequencies, you were able to uncover the Augments' plans. They're after copies of Soong's old genetic research! Section 31 erases the files before the Augments can get them. Your attempts to listen in on the Augments' plans only got you an earful of subspace distortions, leaving Section 31 unsure how to protect the base from the Augments--or whether they even need to do so.

Section 31 wants you to find weak points in a Terran Empire base on Luna and make their lax security public. They hope this will convince the Empire's foes that it's not as invulnerable as it claims. Your study of the Lunar base's schematics showed major lapses in security. Publicly revealing these as a "favor" to the Terran Empire has started eager murmurs among some of their enemies. Your away team spent days reviewing the Lunar base's schematics, but failed to find any security oversights that would put the Terran Empire's strength into question.
Delicate Extraction Diplomacy
OR
Command
Security Security Hoping to disband the Maquis by removing one of its leaders, Section 31 sent an agent to learn Shakaar's whereabouts. Now held captive by the Maquis, she must be rescued before Section 31's plans are exposed. You outwitted the Maquis base's security and freed the agent from her holding cell. Even better, her report on Shakaar's recent movements will prove useful for Section 31's to find and eliminate him. Your away team's rescue attempt tripped the base's sensors, and they barely managed to escape unharmed. The Section 31 agent remains in Maquis custody, subject to their questioning.
Finders, Keepers Diplomacy Security
AND
Command
Security Khan and the Augments have purchased several biogenic weapons. Section 31 fears they may use these to augment other lifeforms against their will. Ensure that their weapons shipment falls into safer hands. Your away team manipulated the cargo ship's sensors, disguising their own shuttle as an Augment vessel. The biogenic weapons that the ship beamed over to you now belong to Section 31. The cargo ship saw through your away team's attempts to pose as their Augment buyers, and it fled with the biogenic weapons in tow. Section 31 must hope the Augments will fail to modify and use them.

Diplomacy The Maquis are trying to destroy research suggesting that their resurgence is destabilizing the region. A repentant Kasidy Yates-Sisko has asked for your help getting the researchers' data to safety. Your away team and Kasidy smuggle the data to safety. The study's damning findings are published right after a battle between the Maquis and the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance, fueling anti-Maquis sentiment. Your away team can only salvage some of the researchers' data after it is devastated by a computer virus. The weakened study is still published, but cannot prove its claims that the Maquis are adding to local unrest.
No Honor in Defeat Command
OR
Security
Diplomacy Diplomacy In another timeline, Terran rebels defeated Regent Worf in battle. Publicize stories of this humiliation to raise doubts about his leadership. As your away team's planted rumors spread, several potential allies suddenly distanced themselves from the Regent. Your rumors failed to discredit Worf, who boasts that as the true Regent, he would never suffer such an ignoble loss.
Seeds of the Past Medicine
OR
Science
Diplomacy Marla McGivers once followed Khan into exile, but she never condoned his murderous ways. Section 31 hopes a living version of McGivers may be willing to reveal Khan's weaknesses. You found McGivers living in secret on Starbase 12, having escaped from Ceti Alpha V with her life. When told of the threat Khan poses to the quadrant, she gladly shared insights about his tactics and psychology. Your away team was able to track McGivers to Starbase 12, but they could not convince her to reveal Khan's secrets. Despite his mistakes, she believes he is the Augments' best hope for a free life.

Section 31 recently captured a transport carrying several Maquis members—including Seska, who was spying on the Maquis for the Cardassians. Persuade her to put those skills to use for Section 31. Seska has never had much fondness for the Maquis. Between your arguments and the prospect of release, she agress to continue her undercover work--only now, she will report to handlers in Section 31. Despite your time-consuming efforts, Seska has refused to switch sides. Section 31 is holding on to her and their other captives for future use.

A colony in the Demilitarized Zone is tired of relying on passing merchants or Federation shipments for essential supplies. With a little help, though, they could be self-sustaining. Your team improved the colony's hydroponics systems and power generators, allowing them to create their own food and energy. Now they can live the Maquis dream of being truly independent. Your team's suggestions were not enough to make the colony self-sustaining. Its people remain dependent on unstable supply lines for their survival.
A Miner Inconvenience Security
AND
Command
Security The Terran Empire just established a mining outpost in the Badlands, cutting in on local miners' profits. The Maquis fear this is the start of an expansion, and they want the Empire driven out. By secretly tampering with the mine's ore processing unit, your crew destroyed the Terran Empire's profits, forcing them to abandon the operation. The local miners are able to support themselves once more. Your crew was able to decrease the mine's output, but not enough to shut the outpost down. The Terran Empire has remained, and the locals worry that this is the first of many new outposts.
All Rise Command Diplomacy
AND
Command
Diplomacy The Federation is putting several captured Maquis on trial, including a surviving Cal Hudson. If Starfleet officers defended them, it could not only earn their release, but also demonstrate the worth of their cause. Due to your away team's compelling defense, the Maquis are released with minor reprimands, and they gain new recruits in the coming weeks. Captain Sisko personally thanks you for defending his friend. Your away team's defense was full of holes, and all the Maquis are shipped to penal settlements to serve long sentences. Pubic support for the Maquis cause dwindles in the aftermath.
Inquisitor In Question Diplomacy

Security
AND
Command
Section 31 represents one of the Maquis's worst fears—a group that is accountable to no one. They have a lead on suspected agent Luther Sloan, and want your help apprehending him. It took days of preparation and some quick transporter use, but your team managed to trap Sloan inside a holodeck simulation. Whether the Maquis can get any information from him is another matter. Your away team sets a trap for Sloan, but no one ever falls into it. They do receive a strange message from an unidentified Federation officer, however, warning them against any further "improper" activities.
Means to an End Engineering
OR
Science
Command Diplomacy The Maquis hope to gain support by proving the necessity of their actions—such as the destruction of the Bok'nor. Secure evidence that the Cardassians have been illegally arming nearby colonies. After finding several suspicious manifests, your away team tracks down an actual weapons shipment to show to the Federation. Sympathy for the Maquis's cause grows. In the tradition of Cardassian security, any incriminating records and shipments have been either erased or thoroughly hidden. Your away team returns empty-handed.

Command Diplomacy
AND
Command
Diplomacy After years of Cardassian rule, the determined people of Doran V have just broken ties with the Cardassians, but now they lack a formal government. Help them establish a system of law. Your away team comes up with a simple but thorough charter to govern the newly independent colony. Doran V quickly becomes a beacon of hope for others who are tired of bowing to outside regimes. Your team's suggestions are a bureaucratic mess. The colonists reject them in favor of an informal town council. Given the immediate political infighting, it's unclear how long their hard-won independence will last.
Self-Defense Lessons Security
AND
Diplomacy
Security The Klingon-Cardassian Alliance has been attacking independent farming colonies in the Demilitarized Zone, hoping to break their spirit. Help the farmers defend themselves and their livelihoods. In a series of daring supply runs, your away team evaded Klingon and Cardassian patrols as was able to arm several settlements with phasers. They won't be such easy targets, now. Your away team attempted to take phasers to the farmers, but their shuttle was driven off by a Klingon Bird-of-Prey, which then turned on a defenseless settlement.
To Fight Another Day Diplomacy
OR
Security
Command Security Michael Eddington once gave his life defending the Maquis. Trapped on a Marva IV base with Terran Empire ships approaching, he may have to do so again—unless you can buy the Maquis time to escape. Your away team deployed a scattering field above the Maquis base, scrambling the Terran Empire ships' targeting sensors. While they struggled to fix their sensors, all the Maquis—including Eddington—escaped. In spite of your away team's best efforts to distract the approaching Terran Empire ships, they were only able to buy time for a few of the Maquis to escape. Eddington and the others are now prisoners.

Medicine
AND
Command
Medicine The Maquis can't stand up to oppressors if they're too sick to stand at all. They've asked you to treat an outbreak of Orellius infection in the Badlands. With an ingenious combination of basic medit supplies, your crew synthesized an effective cure for the infection. They even taught the Maquis how to make more of the medicine for themselves. Your crew was unable to synthesize an effective cure for Orellius infection. Although the outbreak eventually passed, it kept many Maquis bedridden for weeks.
When on Risa Command Security
AND
Diplomacy
Diplomacy While looking for new trade deals, the Maquis found an unlikely ally...in Ishka! Bored in her retirement on Risa, she seems willing to set things up for the Maquis if you'll handle the transportation details. Your away team arranged a series of intermediaries to transport the goods to the Maquis, while Ishka made sure that they got a fair price. She still has a soft spot for fellow revolutionaries. In spite of the excellent deal on hyperspanners that Ishka negotiated, your away team was unable to find a trustworthy cargo ship to get them into Maquis hands.
