When news reaches her, she is furious and the High Council quickly denounces the actions of the Federation.
Unstable Ground Command Security There are rumors going around that Kol has begun striking up alliances with factions less than friendly to the Federation. Malcolm Reed believes a lighter touch, rather than outright sanctions, would be best and he enlists your crew to help. Your crew follows Kol, and when he is seen meeting several influential Cardassians, your crew begins following those indivuduals and anyone working for them, eventually straining any interactions so that they back out of negotiating with Kol.
