Of Two Evils is the fifth mission in Cadet Challenge The United Federation. It takes place at Gralik in the Xindus system.

Persis and Gaia Odo are currently the only UncommonUncommon characters capable of obtaining the rare reward for the first diplomacy node on epic on Tuesdays, and Persis has to roll an 87 or 88 to do so.
